The Wish Process

Dear Friends,

As of July 1, we have paused accepting new wish grant applications as we work through our current list. We remain deeply committed to fulfilling the dreams of those already in our system and ensuring each experience receives the care and attention it deserves.

If you would like to be added to our wish grant waitlist, please click on the button below, and we will send you an invitation to apply as soon as we open again. The form includes an option to let us know if the wish requires urgent attention due to a time-sensitive diagnosis or circumstance. While we cannot guarantee expedited processing, we will do our best to prioritize those in critical need.

A Life-Changing Live Music Wish Experience Begins With a Nomination

Nominate someone you know.

  • Please ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Our team will reach out to them on your behalf to complete our application process.

Apply for yourself or your child.

  • You must first download the diagnosis form and complete it with your physician before applying.

  • If invalid or incomplete information is provided, we will not be able to process your request.

Once eligibility is determined, the wish recipient will be contacted by one of our staff.

  • Inactive wishes expire 12 months from the date of approval.

Receive concert confirmation and instructions.

  • We aim to have concert details secured two weeks before the concert date, however, sometimes it takes longer. Due to hectic tour schedules, some artists can only confirm our requests at the last minute, giving us two or three days to confirm. If you don’t hear from a DIFTL staff member 24 hours before the concert, feel free to reach out for an update.
