Concerts and Tickets

I have been approved but I don’t have a specific concert choice in mind yet. What should I do?

Please wait to complete the wish grant confirmation form until you have a specific artist, concert date and venue in mind.

Does my wish have an expiration date?

Yes, wishes expire 6 months from the date of approval. However, you may reapply by submitting a new application and updated diagnoses form. Please make sure that you have a concert date in mind before submitting your new application.

If the nominee was granted eligibility as a minor, they may need to complete their wish grant experience before their 19th birthday.

When will I know if my wish is going to be fulfilled?

We aim to secure concert details 2 weeks prior to the selected concert date, however, this is not always possible. Due to complex tour schedules some artists are only able to confirm our requests last minute giving us a 2 to 3 day window to confirm. We will certainly keep you updated as we move along the process, but because of this we recommend you selecting a show that is close to home.
