Tyler Meets Jason Aldean

November 16, 2017

Tyler, 3, has a rare intractable catastrophic form of epilepsy called Dravets Syndrome. He is on tons of medications that help, but do not stop the seizures from happening. This syndrome has every type of seizure known which occur hundreds of thousands of times a day. While on vacation in Florida recently, he ended up in the hospital for a few days during the trip. Daily activities are hard, he is temperature regulated and can not be over heated in anyway or it could have a deadly result.

Tyler’s family reached out to Do It For The Love in hopes of an opportunity to escape the daily struggles. His parents also have a 1 year old daughter Ava who LOVES COUNTRY MUSIC!! We were so happy to make this wish come true for this special family.

“The meet and greet was spectacular! Jason Aldean and his staff were some of the most down to earth and humble people I have ever encountered. Tyler was nothing but smiles! Tyler had made a poster for him with a note on front. That man stood with 40 people in line and read the whole thing and gave us the biggest tightest hugs. It was an amazing experience, and for that one night ,we forgot our troubles. Tyler was clapping and moving his feet the whole concert! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!”
