Jeff Sees The Eagles

September 4, 2015

Jeff is a disabled veteran, Airborne Ranger, bronze star recipient, and three-time Combat Veteran having deployed in desert storm and twice during operation Iraqi freedom. His wife nominated him for a wish grant, noting: “I would love to give back to him and his loyalties and kindness by surprising him with this wish. For my husband and I, seeing the Eagles is a bucket list concert.”

We are grateful to Jeff for his service and we were proud to help the couple knock something off their bucket list by sending them to the Eagles show in Detroit this summer.

“Jeff wanted me to send you all a big thank you for granting him this wish to see the Eagles. We were able to bring our very good friends, and fellow army couple. We had fantastic seats! We also met a nice woman who had connections, who saw we were granted these tickets from your organization because Jeff is a disabled veteran, and she gifted us a set of official Eagles guitar pics and drum sticks! What an amazing night of music. Hit after hit! Seeing The Eagles was definitely a bucket list event fulfilled. A big Thank you to DIFTL for your generosity. It’s a night we will all cherish forever.”
